1. Order Processing & Dispatch

All desk mat orders placed on Red Panda are processed via our studio system within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding Sundays and national gazetted holidays). Once packaged in our rigid protective shipping tubes, a tracking number is automatically generated and sent via email and SMS.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes

Orders above ₹999: Free Standard Pan-India Shipping.
Orders under ₹999: A nominal flat rate of ₹79 is applied at checkout.
Metro Cities (Tier 1): Expected transit is 2 to 4 business days.
Rest of India (Tier 2 & 3): Expected transit is 4 to 6 business days.

3. Verified Courier Partners

To guarantee damage-free delivery of precision desk surfaces, we ship exclusively through reputed surface and air express networks including BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, and Xpressbees.

4. Package Inspection upon Arrival

Our desk mats are rolled (never folded) inside crush-resistant packaging tubes with end caps. If you notice any severe transit damage or puncture to the outer carton, please record an unboxing video or capture photographs prior to opening, and notify our support team immediately.
