Red Panda offers three standardized dimensions:

• Extended (900 × 400 × 3mm): Our most popular size. Accommodates a full-sized keyboard, wrist rest, mouse, and desktop accessories.
• XXL Battle (1000 × 500 × 3mm): Designed for ultra-wide monitors and multi-peripheral battlestations.

For daily dust, use a clean damp microfiber cloth. For deeper cleans, wash by hand in a sink with lukewarm water and a few drops of mild dish soap. Gently lather using a soft sponge, rinse thoroughly, and let air-dry flat away from direct sunlight. Do not machine dry or bleach.
Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. Standard courier transit takes 2 to 4 business days for metro cities (Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune) and 4 to 6 business days for other regional areas across India.

If your deskmat arrives damaged, defective, or if you received a different design or size from what you ordered, you can request an official replacement under our Replacement Policy. You can submit a request directly from My Orders or use the online Replacement Form. Customers are never charged for verified replacements caused by transit damage or studio fulfillment discrepancies.
